**Work Hours/Shift:** Full Time **You Will Be Responsible For:**
* Follows all HACCP guidelines for ware washing.
* Properly cleans and stores all pot/pans and cooking utensils.
* Follows all ware washing directives as determined by FNS supervisors/managers.
* Removes trash on regularly scheduled basis.
* Serves on patient tray line.
Qualifications
**What You Will Need:**
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
**Job Summary:**
* Responsible for washing and properly storing all pots/pans & cooking utensils. Maintain a clean and organized pot cleaning area. Removes trash to the outside dumpster area and cleans trash transport carts. Serves meals on patient tray line. Assists as needed in the department.
