We are working with our client in the pharmaceutical industry on their search for a Sr. Data Scientist. This individual will support commercial analytics initiatives and provide business insights and recommendations to multiple internal functions. This is a hands-on role developing advanced analytics solutions as part of their global commercial analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop data science methodologies and best practices.
Develop and implement advanced analytics models.
Support brand-related strategies and investment decisions with advanced analytics.
Implement marketing performance measurement processes (e.g. Marketing Mix Optimization).
Standardize analytic processes to continuously monitor and measure performance across brands and markets.
Lead and manage projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree required, Master's preferred.
6+ years of relevant analytics experience that includes data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on experience with statistical modeling techniques.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects.
Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus.
Working knowledge of one or more programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
Working knowledge of one or more data visualization tools such as Excel, QlikView and Qliksense.
This is a REMOTE position. Target compensation around $175K base + bonus, depending on level.
