Job Details
Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as cold calling, job boards, and social media to attract candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records
- Negotiate job offers and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in employee evaluation processes and succession planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with HR technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively based on job requirements
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
