JOB TITLE:
Housing Landscape and Maintenance
JOB PURPOSE:
Summer position to provide lawn care, landscaping, and minor maintenance around apartments and residence halls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mowing & Trimming
- Watering; sprinkler repair
- Grounds cleanup; painting
- Minor maintenance around apartments
- Use of Utility vehicles
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous landscaping or lawn care experience, minor home repair maintenance
