About the job Construction Project ManagerSalary: $ 115,500.00We have partnered with a general contractor in the Woodland Hills, CA area to provide them with a Construction Project Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Project Manager:#1. Must have at least 10yrs of Construction Management experience#2. Must have a strong understanding of scoping, buyout, cost control and communication skills.#3. Must have knowledge of concrete-construction, documents, concrete materials, and characteristics, concrete formwork systems, equipment utilization, scheduling and managing subcontractors.#3. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 yearsResponsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:Develop comprehensive and complete scopes of workDirect and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scopeResponsible for financial success of projects. This includes very detailed weekly self-performed labor costing and budget controlDevelop and maintain a project scheduleCoordinate all aspects of concrete construction with the owner and general contractor including submitting and coordinating all project schedules, pay applications, change orders, submittals, approvals, and RFIsDevelops and maintains customer relationships to enhance companys ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operation efficiency.Provide strong leadership and guidance to field and site superintendentsRepresent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc., as requiredPerforms other tasks as provided by SupervisorRequirements of the Construction Project Manager:Four years Management or Engineering Degree or, equivalent combination of technical training and related experienceThorough and wide-ranging knowledge of concrete-construction, documents, concrete materials, and characteristics, concrete formwork systems, equipment utilization, scheduling and managing sub[1]contractorsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Prolog ManagerGet the job done through self-motivation, effective prioritization skills and integrityExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work as a teamOther Key Requirements:100% in the officeSponsorships or visa holders okay.
