Full-time prep cook to prepare meals and snacks, and assist in the kitchen for residents in our upscale, 124-bed long-term care facility.

This department is responsible for providing the highest quality dining experience to meet the dietary needs of our residents in our upscale, 124 bed long-term care and skilled nursing facility located on a beautiful campus in Manchester, New Hampshire.

**Employment Type** Up to 40 hours per week **Work Hours** M-F and every other weekend **Experience Requirements** Some experience in food service setting. **Job Benefits** Full benefits package for eligible employees. Must be at least 19 years of age. Must possess and maintain a customer-oriented attitude with personnel, residents, family members, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when situations warrant such action. Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel. Must be knowledgeable of dietary procedures as well as related laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to hospital and nursing home operations.

**Responsibilities**

Prepare and serve food in accordance with established portion control and sanitary regulations as well as our established policies and procedure. Maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, appearance of work areas, regular inspection of food service areas for sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties.
