Summary
If you are a highly-organized attorney with concise writing and top notch oral advocacy skills, this is an opportunity for you to join a team of staff and attorneys that hold companies and individuals accountable for breaching commercial contracts and failing and refusing to pay their debts. Daily duties include: analyzing claims, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, negotiating settlements, attending hearings, depositions, mediations and trials, both remotely and in-person. Florida Bar in good standing required. Position is remote.
Compensation for role: A generous base salary, plus bonus structure based on the amount of debts recovered for our clients. Total annual compensation up to +++$250,000.00. We offer health insurance, retirement plan and paid time off. Total compensation package commensurate with experience.
