I've partnered with a leading C-PACE lender in the Southern California area looking for a skilled Senior Commercial Underwriter to join their team. Reporting directly to the head of underwriting, you will be coming in as an individual contributor and be responsible for handling complex deals such as tax credits, multifamily, and title reports.
This role is Hybrid 3 days a week in office
Experience needed:
- 5+ years of underwriting experience (Real Estate Investment, CRE, Debt Fund, or REIT)
- Ability to handle complex deals with exposure to tax credits and multifamily.
- Average deal size ranges from $1MM to $40MM.
- C-PACE finance/lending experience is a plus but not required.
