We are seeking a resourceful, passionate, and dedicated marketing professional with a growth mindset to join our marketing team. You will have the opportunity to grow and collaborate with outstanding technical and client development professionals within the team..

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

The Marketing and Proposal Specialist will:

Coordinate the development and production efforts for all proposals (RPFs) and presentations, as well as meetings and logistics to meet all deadlines.

Organize and maintain all marketing files (electronic and hardcopy), including developing and maintaining marketing graphics and master content library information.

Assist in the planning and execution of public relations and marketing communications, including website updates, social media posts, award submissions, and company and community events.

Champion CRM data entry and maintain our project history data, including project sheets and resumes.

Must prioritize his/her work, be deadline-driven, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Is responsible for the overall organization of the marketing department.

General Responsibilities:

Read, understand, and respond to project and client-specific statements of qualifications and requests for proposals.

Analyze requirements and ensure that proposals meet requirements.

Research and gather information for proposals and presentations.

Compile, proofread, edit, format, and write/rewrite proposals, including creating templates and boilerplate text.

Maintain files and records for client development materials, including annual updates to master employee resumes, project descriptions, and related data for use in the company's proposals and qualifications statements.

Assist with marketing campaign activities in conjunction with divisional or office client development specialists' responsibilities.

Coordinate and track registrations, conferences, sponsorships, memberships, and events.

Generate marketing reports.

Assist with business development.

Assist in proposal close-out process.

Coordinate project photography.

Responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.

Qualified candidate must have the following education and experience:

Degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of three years of marketing and communication experience in the AEC industry.

Thorough knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition.

Strong writing, editing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Proficient with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn.


Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in communications or marketing.

Minimum 3-5 years of marketing and communication experience in the AEC industry.

Valid driver s license with acceptable violation history.

Preferred Certification:

Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM)
