Job Details

MAU is hiring a Senior Finance Controller at our client in Ridgeville, SC. As a Senior Finance Controller, you will support a team managing industrial operations, including manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain management.


Required Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or equivalent
  • 5 8+ years of controlling experience or related field


General Requirements:


  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel modeling and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to take own initiative and develop the role
  • Enjoy interacting with people cross-functionally and have solid experience of financial statements and reporting, including connecting cause and effect and being able to drive and communicate insights
  • Committed to delivery and aligned with good prioritization skills for timely deliverables


Preferred Requirements:


  • Master s degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Knowledge of BI solutions and programming


Essential Functions:


  • Work with a global network
  • Ensure efficient processes
  • Support the industrial operation to meet its financial targets with proactive controlling
  • Continuously report, analyze, and share insights of industrial operation s financial state to Operations, Management, Group Controlling, and Accounting
  • Connect key business drivers with financial outcomes and present in an easy-to-read way
  • Work mainly with the procurement and supply chain area, consisting of both recurring activities and being part of the change journey of implementing new processes, and ways to working to support financial performance
  • Analysis and presentation of actuals and KPIs
  • Drive short and long-term financial planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control risks, and reduce costs
  • Complete ad-hoc presentations and investigations on request
  • Ensure accurate financial data
  • Actively take part of financial digitalization journey
  • Drive financial and business acumen
  • Contribute and be an active Finance trainer for new leaders in monthly occasions
  • Perform other tasks as required
