You'll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You'll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Responsibilities

Listing Manager Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, including data entry, photography, and marketing materials
Work closely with agents to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections
Monitor and update listing statuses and communicate with clients regularly
Assist with social media and online marketing efforts to maximize property exposure
Track and analyze listing performance and provide regular reports to agents and clients
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay current with industry trends, local market conditions, and best practices
Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold
Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied

Qualifications

Must have an Active real estate license
Must have prior real estate experience (minimum 2 years)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software
Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ideal candidates must love helping agents succeed!
Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
