Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer s original specification with high quality controls
Hands-on training with an experienced Field Technicians who will guide you to be a stand alone technician
Learning basics of:
Diagnostics
Calibrations/programming
Scanning
Wire/Connector repair
High School diploma or GED
Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support
Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members
Strong problem-solving capabilities
