Caring Place Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to manage the recruitment process at our 6 greater Cincinnati long-term-care facilities.
Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, and at least 1 years of recent recruiting experience in the healthcare industry with a successful track record of sourcing and hiring qualified candidates. Must work well independently and in collaboration with HR, Department Directors and Executives. Most importantly they must have a desire and commitment to follow The Caring Way fundamentals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement overall recruiting strategy to drive and improve our recruitment process and seize opportunities to constantly improve our recruiting efforts.
- Prepare recruitment materials, complete requisitions and post positions.
- Source and recruit candidates using social media, LinkedIn, various job boards and school resources.
- Build collaborations and partnerships with area schools including colleges, universities, high schools, career schools and tech programs.
- Work with hiring managers to master the details of open positions and understand candidate's qualifications. Match candidates to our culture.
- Attend job fairs and/or hiring events.
- Screen candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and potential for lasting employment and schedule interviews for managers.
- Monitor market trends and understand key factors in recruiting challenges.
- Generate reports as needed.
