We oversee more than $1 billion in client assets where we serve as trustee, executor, guardian, investment manager, and custodian. Our service mission is to lead with a customer-first mindset and provide personalized services to our clients. What you will do You will use strong business development and relationship management skills to help lead the development and growth of the Wealth Management division and its client base. You will oversee the Investment team and work with the entire Wealth Management team to ensure a client's financial objectives are being met. You will adhere to Bank policies, procedures, and best practices, along with all State and Federal rules and regulations. How you will do it Identify and drive new business opportunities within the bank's existing client base and external networks. Actively participate in community organizations to build referral networks and new business opportunities. Cultivate, expand, and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects by developing a deep understanding of their unique goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Provide financial advisory services such as wealth management, estate planning, investment management, and tax planning to a portfolio of client relationships. Monitor market conditions, economic developments, and investment oversight. Chair the Investment Policy & Strategy Committee and Trust Investment Review Committee. Maintain and monitor the division's asset allocation models and approved securities lists. Monitor and review performance and suitability of utilized mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, bond holdings and outside managers for clients' portfolios and divisions investment philosophy. Design and manage investment portfolios in accordance with clients/beneficiary's goals and risk profile. Other projects and research as assigned. PIf474c8f173ad-25448-#######5
