Midland Care is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team.
Summary:
CNAs and HHAs will provide compassionate care and support to clients in a home care setting. CNAs the chance to receive paid training to obtain their HHA license after 60 days of employment with Midland Care.
Both Full-time & Part-time Available: Mon-Fri 7am 4pm or 12pm - 9pm | Weekends 7am - 7pm
Pay Rate: CNA - $15/hr+ (based on experience) | HHA - $17+ (based on experience)
Sign on for CNAs is $1,000 for Full Time or $500 for Part Time
HHAs will receive a sign on of $1,500 for Full Time or $750 for Part Time
***CNA's receive paid training to obtain their HHA license after 60 days.
Shift differential rates:
- $1 for weekday hours after 5pm - 8am
- $1.50 for weekend hours between 8am - 5pm
- $2 for weekend hours after 5pm - 8pm

QualificationsRequired: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with willingness to enroll in HHA certification course within first 90 days of employment.
Preferred: One year experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
