Federal Real Property Analyst

Woolpert/Binary Group partnership is searching for a Federal Real Property Analyst. Real Property support services to ensure DoD organization is compliant with audit requirements for all assets. Cradle to grave real property support, to include but not limited to: Conducting physical inspections, data validation and documentation, and updates in GFEBS. Provide space planning support services, including validation and data entry / updates in ePRISMS from space utilization surveys. Generate reports to identify, analyze and resolve discrepancies identified on the Installation Real Property Inventory (RPI). Experience using GIS and CADD technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Real Property physical inspections to collect required data
• Validation of inspection and survey data against existing data in GFEBS and asset documentation.
• Creation of documentation, including DD Forms 1354, MFRs, and other required documentation as needed; Prepare various Memorandums for Record (MFR) and other documentation needed for new / changes in assets, and to complete acquisition and disposal actions for assets.
• Update / correct / add data in GFEBS, ensuring all assets are audit compliant with the Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act
• Unbundle and unconsolidate assets in GFEBS.
• Perform analysis and develop reports from GFEBS for identifying discrepancies, report on project progress, and custom reports for customers requirements.
• Provide space planning support services, including validation of space requirements, conduct facility turn in and reassignment walk through inspections, etc.
• Maintain documentation of all installation and IMCOM required facility clearance documents.
• Update / correct / add data in ePRISMS to match data in GFEBS and ensure audit compliance.
• Have experience using GIS and CADD technologies

Qualifications:

• Must have Army or Department of Defense Real Property experience
• 2 years of hands on Real Property support experience
• Must be familiar and be able to change, add and / or delete data within GFEBS and ePRISMS
• Must demonstrate a clear understanding of the cradle to grave Army Real Property process.
• Must be provisioned in GFEBS Roles (provide screenshots of GFEBS certs for required roles).
• Must understand the CFOA process and requirements to be audit ready.
• Knowledge of the requirements in OASIM Real Property Management Handbook, October 2022, validation of all data elements in the IMCOM Real Property Accountable Officer Handbook, October 2022 and updates to the Army Installation Atlas using the Asset Validation tool.
• Demonstrated knowledge of IMCOM required facility turn-in process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Requires full-time onsite work.
