MUST HAVES:

  • 2-3+ yrs PC/Desktop support experience
  • Experience identifying and resolving telecom needs (VOIP, AirWatch, Cell phones, Tablets)
  • Prior AV support
  • Prior experience retrieving/delivering laptops/intaking return devices/ and creating shipping labels


Plusses:

  • Ability to work in a secure datacenter environment (including lifting up to 50 lbs.)

Day to day:

This individual will provide technical support while being in charge of the status of all incidents and requests, reporting to the PC Support Supervisor and the Sr. Manger of IT End User Support. They should proactively identify, research, and resolve technical problems. They will be in charge of configuring laptops for new hires and break-fix, image works stations, inventory of equipment, update tickets, mobility support, and any other duties assigned by the team.
