Located in Jacksonville, FL, Lakeview Health is a Joint Commission accredited facility specializing in the treatment of chemical dependency, dual diagnoses, alcoholism, and associated mental disorders.
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the groundskeeping maintenance of the facilities. In this position you would be responsible for power washing, garbage pickup, package delivery, window washing, and painting. Taking vehicles for routine maintenance and repairs, cleaning vehicles.
Available Schedule: Wednesday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM, Saturdays 8:00AM-1:00PM

The Difference Maker hired for this position must have:
- At least 5 (five) years of related experience. Qualified candidates will have a mechanical aptitude and good interpersonal skills. Preferred maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
- Must have valid driver's license and minimum of 4 years driving history and be able to meet insurance carrier's criteria for insurability.
