Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled hunter to join our team as an experienced Territory Sales Manager with a strong background in PCR and molecular testing. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of clinical diagnostics laboratories and capital equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
- Strategically promote and sell AusDiagnostics' PCR and molecular testing products and services.
- Leverage an extensive network within clinical diagnostics laboratories to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to clients and potential customers.
- Offer exceptional post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting for customers.
- Attend and represent AusDiagnostics at industry conferences and networking events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and materials.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt and refine sales approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience with a strong focus on PCR testing, molecular testing, and capital equipment sales.
- Extensive network within clinical diagnostics laboratories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
- Familiarity with NetSuite CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
