Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in injection molding processing.
Previous experience in process, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Working knowledge of machine set-up and process adjustment
Working knowledge of mold set-up and functionality
Ensuring the safe and efficient operation and set-up of injection molding equipment
Start up and troubleshoot problems on the production equipment.
Experienced operating forklift, and overhead cranes for handling molds.
Previous Mold Setter experience that progressed into a Process Technician role
Demonstrate ability and willingness to work and participate effectively in a team environment
and lead other as necessary.
Follow all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions, and guidelines.
Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.
Self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and leadership and supports other team
members and leadership.
Knowledgeable in robot functionality
Attention to detail, safety, quality and customer requirements.
Professional Requirements:
Basic Computer skills
Candidates must be flexible in shift assignments and willing to work overtime, including
weekends.
Strong attention to detail.
Must have valid hi-lo license
Working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is required
