What is this position?
The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for performing analysis, design, planning, and implementation of systems software and procedures which require an extensive technical and systems knowledge. You will provide day-to-day support for complex applications systems.
What will you do?
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will:
- Identify project and overall business needs and create technical solutions
- Design and analyze systems programs and software
- Write business requirements for simple to complex projects
- Write functional requirements for simple to complex projects
- Oversee and approve project artifact execution
- Identify and test system issues and develop solutions
- Conduct business meetings
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders
- Perform test scripts
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Technology/Science, or related field
- Experience as technical/business analyst with IT project focus
- Strong understanding of cloud-based applications
- Experience in data delivery and service integration
- Knowledge of RDBMS principles and tools and SQL queries
- Experience with marketing business domains and/or live video and audio platforms is preferred
- Ability to work well in teams
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
