Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Oversee the recruiting and training of new hires
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- Strive to be the best Amazon partner while taking care of employees
- Ability to oversee a large fleet of vans and maintenance
Qualifications
- Management and Customer Service experience
- Strong Administrative skills
- Ability to be Hands On with Fleet and Delivery Operations
- Demonstrated Ability to Lead
- Comfortable working with Budgets and Payroll
- Strong Communications Skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Experience with a Business that Operates Seven Days Per Week
- Attention to Detail
- Track Record of Success and Achievements
- Proven Problem Solver
