Corporate Legal Counsel needed for a 6 month contract with the opportunity to turn permanent for the right individual. This is a highly regarded, global organization and great resume builder. Seeking 2-3+ years of corporate transactional experience. Must have construction contracts, engineering contracts and/or government contracts experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Advice and counsel on corporate policies
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts
- Must have construction contracts, engineering contracts and/or government contracts experience
- Pre-litigation and dispute resolution is a plus but not a must
- Support compliance and licensing
- Experience with service contracts
