Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management
Washington, DC (3 4 days onsite/week)

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with solid understanding of Scrum and Project Management concepts for a GenAI project based in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and processes.
- Work closely with the GenAI team, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Provide guidance and coaching on Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Previous experience in GenAI or AI/ML-based programs.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, 3-4 days a week.
