**Master Electronics** has multiple exciting career opportunities for **Customer Service Representative eCommerce** at our Phoenix, AZ location.

In this role, you will assist a variety of customers with inquires about products offered. Our Customer Service team provides outstanding customer experience with focus on not just fulfilling customer requests but delighting them through every stage of the process. Our team is professional, resourceful, and accurate and diligently prioritizes customer needs day in and day out.

**Hourly Wage:**

$16.50 per hour + Bonus, if eligible

**Shift:**

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 5:00pm

**How you will spend your time:**

* Deliver an exceptional experience to current and prospective customers through email, phone and chat channels

* Embody the Company Core Values in every interaction with customers, team members and suppliers

* Assist customers with a variety of topics that may relate to pre-sale or post sale activities such as product inquiry, price and availability quotes, order entry and order processing both for typical orders, and those whose experience didnt go as planned.

* Utilize resources and systems to effectively solve problems

* Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of a variety of work styles and personalities

* Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse, screen.

* Most customer interactions are conducted using a headset with VOIP telephony system.

**Were excited if you have:**

* Two years of relevant work experience with direct customer interaction, preferably in a customer care center atmosphere

* Experience with order processing

* Ability to learn quickly and juggle many requests and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

**In addition, our ideal candidate will:**

* Have excellent verbal and written skills with a strong attention to detail

* Have comfort level with making decisions independently and have an entrepreneurial spirit

* Have experience providing outstanding customer service

* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Have experience with ticketing systems such as ZenDesk

* Have experience with phone systems such as TalkDesk
