** Lake City - Host/Hostess - AM Part Time Weekend**

Jet City Retail is looking for an experienced Host/Hostess to work at Uncle Ike's Pot Shop. ***MUST be available on weekends (Sat & Sun Mornings and Afternoons)***
**Starting Pay:** $18.00/hr + Avg of $1.50-$3/hr in Tips (tips vary by location)
** You'll also receive a **signing bonus of $250** once you've reached your 60th day of employment!
**Primary Duties:**
* Ensure all individuals who enter the store are at least 21 years of age (or older), as per LCB regulations.
* Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide information regarding sales and promotions as requested.
* Analyze customer requirements and assist customers to appropriate lines to ensure a timely flow of traffic in and out of the store as directed by the Sales Floor Manager.
* Maintain neat and clean work area at all times, as well as performing floor housekeeping duties as directed by Store Floor Manager.
* Adhere to all control procedures and security policies as directed by the Head of Security and the Store Floor Manager.
* Collaborate with customers to deescalate any complaints or noncompliance while maintaining an optimal level of customer service.
* Evaluate, escalate and report complex issues as directed by the Head of Security and the Store Floor Manager, ensure a safe working area for all colleagues and customers
* Perform additional duties/tasks as assigned by the Sales Floor Manager.
**Requirements:**
* Must be over 21 years of age
* Reliable transportation
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Customer service and communication skills
* Basic PC knowledge (computer/laptop/iPad/smartphone)
* 1 year of relative work experience
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Ability to communicate using a hand-held radio
* Ability to accurately write up and submit incident reports as needed
* First Aid procedures preferred
* Nights and Weekends a must
