No experience necessary... paid training!
About the Position:
This position is responsible for educating and instructing patients at our center in the use of portable equipment that will monitor their sleep. Primary duties consist of:
* Explaining the portable sleep testing equipment to patients
* Communicate with clinical and scheduling teams
* Electronic medical record entry
* Clean the home sleep testing equipment upon it's return
* All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
* HS diploma or GED
* 1+ year experience in a customer service role
* Good verbal and written communication
* Comfortable using computer (Microsoft Office)
* Organized and detail oriented
* Dependability, enthusiasm and professionalism
* Ability to multi-task and problem solve
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
