We are looking for highly motivated people to join our financial services team. Ideal candidates will have a desire to help others to better understand their financial options. We have a unique platform and commission structure that allows us to work as a team of independent professionals without the constraints of quotas.
Once licensed, the agent is responsible for providing financial education, conducting intermediary services between the client and the insurance company, and selling life policies and annuities to qualified customers.
To be a successful agent, you will provide excellent customer service by implementing measures to develop and expand your customer base through active marketing, social media, and other programs. Ultimately, a top-notch agent will conduct a best practices analysis for every client to ensure that the correct strategy is recommended.
If you qualify to join our team, we will provide complete training and walk you through the process of getting licensed (if needed), and training out in the field helping clients.
