Maintenance Technician

We re hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician who will serve as a caretaker of the church s facilities to create safe, inviting, and functional spaces for a variety of activities. You will perform routine building maintenance tasks, ensuring standard safety practices.

Who you are:

• Skilled in general building maintenance
• Knowledgeable of principles of carpentry, plumbing, and some minor electrical work
• Agreeable to working conditions in inclement weather at times

What you will do:

• Maintenance and repair
• Inspection and reporting
• Assist church staff in preparation of spaces to meet the needs of various activities
• Repair, maintain and monitor all work equipment and amenities

What you bring:

• 3 years experience in facility maintenance and care
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances & devices
• Basic office technology tools
