Leadership Board Overview
The mission of the Arthritis Foundation is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control, and cure of arthritis related diseases. The mission is delivered through public health programs and services, advocacy efforts and investing in arthritis research. Members of the Leadership Board are pivotal in helping local adults and children with arthritis. Members of the Leadership Board are responsible for working collaboratively with staff to provide guidance and leadership on strategic direction of fundraising strategies and mission delivery.
Local Leadership Board members support the Foundation s mission and fundraising activities by opening doors to influence individuals, organizations, and community partners to support the organization and build awareness among the arthritis community.
