* Receives request from business owners to quote products for procurement.

* Investigate and resolve supplier invoice issues.

* Manage raw stock and job stock inventory for Compliance Solutions products and/or customer orders.

* Work with the Customer Support, Sales, Graphics, Print Fulfillment and Distribution on a daily basis to ensure customer orders are created, documented, fulfilled and distributed accurately and on time.

* Work with other divisions within Wolters Kluwer to create, monitor and fulfill their product requirements, orders and customer commitments.

* Works with the Material Master to determine products that can be deactivated, discontinued and/or repurposed. Ensures up to date documentation on our products in conjunction with the product managers and material master.

* Identify and execute continuous improvement projects focused on key operational metrics.

* Communicates in a professional manner with suppliers and establishes clear definition of requirements and to assure performance to purchase order terms and conditions.

* Ensures personal knowledge of the Wolters Kluwer Procurement processes and procedures and maintains work within those parameters.

* Create purchase orders in the ERP or Procure to Pay system and communicates to the supplier and/or business owner.

* Manage PO change orders in the ERP system or Procure to Pay system and communicates to the supplier and/or business owner.

* Receive and verify purchase order acknowledgements from the supplier.

* Follows up on open purchases and PO receipt confirmations.

* Update parameters as required in ERP or Procure to Pay systems.

* Ensure adherence to documented purchasing policies, procedures, and processes.

* Work in conjunction with the Third Party Management team to ensure compliance to the Third Party Management Program.

* Manage adhoc inquiries.

* Provides Purchasing and A/P administrative support

**Education**:

* Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Business, Information Technology, Legal, Supply Chain Management (Procurement) or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

**Experience:**

* A minimum of 1 year experienced in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or Materials Management or 2 years as an administrative assistant.

**Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:**

* SAP knowledge beneficial

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in person, on the phone and via email.

* Customer service orientated

* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

* Problem analysis and trouble shooting skills

* Demonstrated project management skills

* Regular attendance

* Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
