Patient Access careers are patient facing customer service roles in a clinical setting guiding patients through registration, check in/out procedures, scheduling future appointments and insurance processing. The ideal candidate for this role will be a compassionate caregiver with prior healthcare administrative and customer service experience gained while working face-to-face in a clinical healthcare setting such as a high-volume provider office or hospital. The scope of the role encompasses aspects of billing and payment collections at time of service. Opportunities available are in Vero Beach with day and evening shifts available including weekday only and weekends included schedules. All positions are contract, fulltime, onsite in a healthcare facility with a contract-to-hire option.
