Responsibilities: Duties: Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness Verify and balance all revenue and settlement accounts, including room charges, food and beverage charges, and phone charges Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial activities Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for guests arriving or departing during the overnight shift Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Multilingual skills are a plus Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous Compensation: $13.50 - $14.50 hourly
