The Sales Enablement Manager at our client supports commercial teams by developing and executing impactful programs to enhance the sales process. Responsibilities include prioritizing enablement initiatives, building relationships with sales reps, and facilitating collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams. The role involves creating and coordinating training content, gathering feedback for strategy refinement, and utilizing data to identify sales team needs.
Experience
- 2+ years in sales, enablement, or learning and development, with a strong understanding of sales environments and tools.
- Work with sales leadership to develop, execute and optimize enablement programs.
- Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with sales reps.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams.
