Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly
* Aides in preparations and s ets tables in accordance with banquet event order prior to events
* Provides beverage service during event
* Assists in maintaining buffet stations throughout the event
* Carries trays of plated meals to serve to guests
* Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns
* Responds to feedback from guests and staff regarding food quality and presentation
* Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients
* Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas
* Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
* Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
* Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
* Performs a dditional responsibilities as assigned by l eadership
