Responsible for processing document requests from the Servicing Department. Involves tracking, receiving, shipping and filing documents from closing attorneys, sub-servicers, investors and others. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

* Obtain and process lien release requests from sub-servicer.

* Retrieve hard copy documents from vault.

* Receive and identify hard copy documents.

* Receiving and filing of hard copy documents in vault

* Use loan operating system (Encompass) to record transaction(s).

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

* Must be organized and detail oriented.

* Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word.

Industry and Work Experience:

* 1 year of Mortgage experience.

Academic:

* High school diploma or GED required

* Bachelors degree preferred
