**We have an exceptional opportunity for an additional, full-time Outside Sales Manager to support our sales teams in Lakeland, FL.** We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company. * Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
* Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
* Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
* Experience in growing market share
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
* Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
* Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
* Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
