Senior Financial Analyst


Job Details

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with key business leaders to optimize and support the business expansion. This role will oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools.


Job Functions:

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and department heads with in-depth analysis
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plans, and Modeling tools
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc forecasting systemwide, establishing and communicating process deliverables, and driving execution on a national level.
  • Proactively identify and implement process efficiencies to improve productivity and quality of forecasts.
  • Collaborate with finance partners to drive continuous improvement and improve overall efficiency in internal processes.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare presentations to the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
  • Strong leadership skills are required. Experience in multi-site, restaurant, or retail experience is preferred
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Advanced managerial, analytical, problem-solving, and system skills
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience within corporate financial setting
  • Must have experience working in a multi-site/unit retail environment
  • BS in Finance or Accounting required
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently
  • Ability to work professionally with all levels of management
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Other duties may be assigned
