Responsibilities
- Act as an expert resource for our community members, providing guidance on task-based gig platforms, best practices, and strategies for maximizing earnings
- Conduct regular research on the latest trends and developments in the gig economy, staying up-to-date with new platforms, opportunities, and regulations
- Assist community members in identifying their skills and strengths, and match them with suitable gig opportunities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of gig work platforms, including their features, payment structures, and user reviews
- Manage and moderate community forums and discussions related to gig work, fostering a positive and supportive environment for members to share their experiences and learn from each other
- Collaborate with the community to create engaging content such as blog posts, videos, and webinars, aimed at educating our community on gig work opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our gig work resources, making improvements and updates as needed to ensure maximum value for our members
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the gig economy or a related field
- Extensive knowledge and experience with task-based gig platforms such as TaskRabbit, Fiverr, or Upwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with community members
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and evaluate information from various sources to provide accurate and relevant guidance
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Passion for helping others achieve their financial goals and navigate the gig economy
