Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new sales opportunities for the company. This position will involve cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fastener distribution industry and be able to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Generate new sales leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
Qualify leads and determine their buying potential
Develop relationships with potential and existing customers while building rapport
Present the company's value proposition and answer customer questions
Schedule sales appointments for the sales team
Track and report on sales activities and results
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
Strong understanding of the fastener distribution industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
