Internal Training:
Our commitment to excellence is evident in our comprehensive internal training program. Guided by industry experts who played a key role in our 2023 success, the program equips you with the skills needed to navigate real-life challenges. Each team member is paired with a mentor, ensuring a seamless transition into our dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Complete 2-4 weeks of paid training provided by the firm
- Spearhead non-profit fundraising events on behalf of clients
- Execute impactful charitable fundraising events
- Progress into a leadership position within the company
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 members
- Manage client relations and exceed expectations
- Engage in public speaking engagements
- Contribute to compelling social media content
- Coordinate corporate networking events
Qualifications:
- Marketing/Advertising/BA Degree
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven leadership experience in a professional environment
- Track record of success working with NPOs
- Experience in Marketing/Advertising/Sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Immediate availability to start
- This in-person role is based in downtown Kansas City.
