Responsibilities Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs Qualifications High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus Over 3 years in food and beverage management Customer relationship management experience desired Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards National food and health safety regulations knowledge
