Requirements
Responsibilities
* Represent USF by providing outbound phone services to prospective students, current students, and alum. (Communication)
* Assist in supporting annual fundraising campaigns by providing outbound phone services. (Communication)
* Provide accurate data entry in Banner system. (Technology)
* Assist in maintaining various department reports as needed. (Professionalism)
* Perform clerical, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. (Professionalism)
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous work experience in a customer service related position.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
* Detail-oriented, able to function independently, self-starter.
* Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent computer navigational, data entry and typing skills.
* Current student, minimum 2.5 GPA.
* Federal work study eligibility highly preferred.
* Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.
* Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university.
