**SUMMARY** :
Responsible for daily food and beverage department operations.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Weekly department staff scheduling
- Employment hiring process
- New hire training and orientation
- Administer and enforce internal cash controls and procedures
- Administer and enforce inventory controls
- Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports
- Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine and beverage supplies
- Maintain proper sanitation and Health Department standards
- Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all food and beverage department equipment and supplies
- Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor and any Manager
- Ensure proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are followed and maintained
- Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies
- Other duties may apply
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
