Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Packer jobs in McDonough, GA.As a Warehouse Packer, you will inspect product for defects, pack and prepare products for shipping and complete other warehouse general labor activities.Weekly pay of $15.50 - $18/hr and great benefits available!

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay $15.50/hr with incentives of $0.50 - $3/hr based on daily productivity
Monthly incentive between $100 - $200 for top 3 pickers
Medical, dental, vision plans available

Skills and Qualifications:

No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Pick items from shelves or bins and pack them for shipment.
Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Arrange products in the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility, making it easier to locate items.

Schedule - We have multiple shifts available to help fit your schedule preferences:

Sunday - Thursday, 4:00am - 12:30pm
Tuesday - Saturday, 4:00am - 12:30pm
