****Position Overview:****

This position is primarily responsible for taking reservations for Nashville Shores Lodging Department and Checking Guests In/Out. Responsible for opening and closing store procedures and maintaining great guest service for our guest lodging with us. Also responsible for cash register and cleaning store.

**Job Duties:**

* Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor while working and interacting with guest.

* Replenish camp store goods.

* Checking in and out guests to our RVs and Cabins.

* Report requests for repairs to supervisor or maintenance department in accordance with lodging procedures.

* Help keep store and all work areas clean.

****Skills and Abilities:****

* Problem Solving Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information efficiently; and develop alternative solutions when needed.

* Technical Skills Be cognoscente of surroundings and able to respond immediately to emergency situations by applying first aid knowledge obtained during training.

* Communication Greet each and every guest in a warm and inviting manor; complete all supporting documentation in a clear and concise fashion; and able to read and interpret information quickly.

* Planning/ Organizing Keep assigned work area clean and orderly at all times; fill downtime with appropriate tasks; and work in an efficient manor.

* Quality Control Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work; look for ways to improve and promote quality; and able to monitor own work for quality assurance.

* Dependability Follows instructions and responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; complete task on time or notifies supervisor with an alternate plan and timeline; consistently at work and on time for scheduled shift; and ensure responsibilities are covered when absent.

Qualifications ****Minimum Age:****

* Must be at least 18 years of age
