****What you will do:****
As the principal force behind getting Topcon products to customers, you will perform tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, or order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Duties may include:
* Check goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices.
* Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped
* Inserts items into containers using spacers, fillers, and protective padding
* Maintain records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items
* Process orders based on the shipping system (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
* Ensure labeling information and quantity accuracy when preparing shipment to ensure product quality
* Verify inventory and report any shortages to Finished Goods team
* Ability to read sales orders and understand shipping directions given
* Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
****What you need:****
* Be at least 18 years old
* Prefer prior work experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment, but not required
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work under pressure and interact effectively in a team environment
* Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of task with little supervision
****Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):****
* Must able to lift to a minimum of 25lb
* Pushing, pulling, squatting, reaching, bending, carrying, lifting, walking
* Pick and pull material from workstation above shoulder level
* Wear steel toe shoes/boots meeting the OSHA standard ASTM F2413-18
* Willing to work weekends and overtime, as required
