Responsibilities
- You will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of maintenance operations to ensure our facilities are in optimal condition.
- We expect you to lead a team of maintenance professionals by providing training, guidance, and support to achieve high performance and productivity.
- You shall develop and implement a preventative maintenance program that minimizes unplanned downtime and extends the lifespan of equipment.
- You will establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts for machinery, equipment, and supplies necessary for operations and maintenance.
- We expect you to conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues before they escalate into larger problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent degree or 4 to 7 years of relevant working experience.
- A working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, related maintenance processes and environmental equipment and regulation.
- You must possess a strong understanding of industrial maintenance procedures and best practices, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
- You should have proven experience in leading maintenance teams effectively, ensuring high levels of team performance and job satisfaction.
- We require you to have comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement these standards to maintain a safe working environment.
