Job Details

Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Business Banker for our Vadnais Heights, MN location. This position is responsible for prospecting, developing and managing new and existing client relationships in our community, with a focus on commercial offerings.

Desired Skills

  • Strong business development skills and the ability to grow new and existing business relationships through centers of influence in the community with a focus on commercial lending.
  • Solid credit underwriting skills and the ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns and other documentation to determine credit worthiness, assess needs and provide appropriate recommendations / solutions.
  • Experience using the SBA 7(a), Express and 504 programs.
  • Ability to market the bank's wide range of ancillary products and services, with a focus on our commercial offerings such as Treasury Management.
  • Willingness to be active in the community, particularly the Northeast Metro, regularly attending local civic / chamber events.


Minimum Requirements

  • 5 years experience in commercial lending within a bank setting
  • Strong business development and credit underwriting skills
  • Bachelors degree in finance or related area
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
