Title: Customer Experience Response Team (C.E.R.T.) Representative

Location: Roll Rite, Gladwin, Michigan

The **Lead C.E.R.T. Customer Experience Response Representative** will be responsible for implementing the marketing programs associated with L.O.V.., Rite Care, and T.A.R.P. This will include but not be limited to: data collection through Life of Vehicle, selling Rite Care along with customer follow up to post sale activities, assuring Roll Rites market share of aftermarket tarps and parts continues to grow, and communicating Roll Rites T.A.R.P. program to various market places.

Job purpose:

* Work closely with outside sales and product management on customer application and product specifications, installation and operation procedures, aftermarket service and support information and promoting new products.

* Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products.

* Ensure company resources are used in an effective manner, optimizing operating costs.

* Make appropriate decisions while following the companys policies, strategies and organizational structure.

* Obtain technical knowledge of Roll Rite products and services in order to assist customers with trouble shooting and identification of correct parts ordering.

* Sales acumen to sell Roll Rite products over the phone.

* Perform post sale follow up on systems, parts, tarp sales, etc. to push LOV data collection, Rite Care and TARP programs.

* Facilitate RRs growth in aftermarket tarps and parts through implementation of programs above, track all aftermarket tarp, and part sales through these programs.

* Diligently populate CRM and/or Sales Force tools. Key record keeper of aftermarket sales growth as well as all data related to installation center marketing programs.

* Maintain high level of quality and performance.

* Good attendance is required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

* Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including telephone etiquette

* Capable of making decisions in a team environment as well as independently, applying departmental policies and procedures to resolve situations.

* Organized with ability to work and follow-up with customers to promote L.O.V. programs and facilitate enhanced customer relations

* Ability to organize key data in support of LOV marketing plans as well as provide monthly reporting on progress.

* Moderate computer skills, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook with the ability to multi-task

* Experience in an ERP environment, preferably Great Plains or NetSuite

* Experience with CRM software, Salesforce highly desired

* Mechanical and Technical aptitude

* Bilingual a plus but not required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

* Must have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English plus have adequate hearing and visual acuity

* Employee will be working from a home office environment

* Safety glasses with side shields are required in any production area

* Must effectively communicate on the telephone while entering data on computer

* Good communication skills are required in addition to understanding verbal and written instruction

* Must handle multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment

Educational Requirements:

* Bachelors degree or work equivalent experiences required
